Throughout his career, Fred has traveled extensively along the East Coast, providing professional training and guidance to more than 2,000 insurance agents. Working with Hawkins Investment Group, he has dedicated his career to helping agents develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to build successful careers in the final expense insurance industry.
His training philosophy centers on mastering the “ABCs and 123s” of the business—building a strong foundation through simple, practical strategies that help agents get started the right way.
